From Downloading to Installing to entering my details to hailing a Taxi and getting in with my son was the smoothest 5 minutes of service I have had in years. Prebooked a taxi a week in advance for 7 o'clock, 5 mins before it was due the app looks for an available driver, by 7.05 it still had no driver, so I rang them, was told another 10 mins, so had to cancel and find other transport. Waste of time

The times are always wrong The map hardly works, and the taxi is always late. There priority booking is false so don't expect much and always book 15 minutes earlier than needed with hope that even helps.

Booked a taxi for an operation at the hospital, got told my taxi was outside, no car, driver rang explain where I was and how to get to me! No driver, had to get another taxi sent, same again! Had to cancell my operation
