I love this app but lately our phones have not been receiving notifications from 23 snaps. It used to, and now nothing. I've checked all the phone settings, and it seems that when I update the notifications it defaults back to no. Any tips?

Lately, If you have an android, you can't upload any videos no matter how short and no matter how much you pay. No videos for you. I would completely delete this app if it didn't have pictures of family I care about

We've been using this app to share photos of our two kids with family for years. It has had its bugs, but overall was a fantastic app for us. The last update made it, so I could only upload one photo at a time, and now I can't even upload anything without upgrading to premium (and the "Help" page in the app isn't working, oddly). This is so upsetting. We will be finding a new app.
