I used this app for 6 years and it was fabulous. After their merger it lost a lot of its functionality. I'm happy to come back and report that it's back to its super self!! Thank you!! This is absolutely the best app for uploading photos, videos, and even just comments in a way that only the people you want to follow your children can see. My grandchildren are now almost 10, and we have their entire childhood at our fingertips. Priceless!

Ugh, the price increase is appalling. Theoretically, when paying, you're supposed to be able to upload 5-minute videos - haven't been able to do that since 2022. Nothing over 3:30 will upload. And now only me and my husband can upload videos that length! Only using this app still for caption length and all the photos I already have on it. It was amazing in '21 and '22, then they wanted to start with "content" and broke everything

Haven't been able to sort pictures by child in quite some time... it takes you to a website. On the Apple app, it filters all pictures of each tagged child. Notifications no longer take me to the app, it goes to the browser as well. Overall the app does ok, just a few bugs that never seem to get fixed. Tiny beans seems to cater to the Apple app more than their android version. I often cater to my little ones as well... fitting!

I deleted my account and removed all friends and family, yet they’re still receiving memory emails. That is incredibly creepy, especially considering they were removed from my family album and we no longer have an active subscription. We chose not to renew after 5 years of continuous service because the price increased every single year. They do not honor loyal, long-time subscribers, and I refuse to support a company that won’t support the customers who supported them.
