I am dealing with this supplier for a while now ... they have best prices with great quality . One thing I want to mention . My order had a problem which is so small and normal . I just reported to the supplier throughout WhatsApp and I informed them that it is nothing but next day I was surprised that they sent me a replacement even though I insisted no need ... So great to deal with honest people who never accept their profits to have (haram money) Thankfully someone is still honest

Really bad service, it took 5 days to get my order, then when I get it, I got old bread, and the nuts package was broken, and it was still AF. The great thing is when I reached out to the customer service to complain about it, they just ignored me. It's just a waste of money

Orders are not shipped on time, only the next day if placed after 12pm. This appears only after making the payment and there is no way to cancel it. Second, for fresh products, it doesn't make sense to send them the next day with indefinite time. There are a lot of options within KL such as grab delivery or ladylove to send orders immediately. Also, they say that it's free delivery for orders above RM50, however this never happened twice
