I tried to Shop on Shop Suki when I was in ENSAN, and it really is more convenient for busy individuals, PWD's, Senior Citizens, etc. I just hope Shop Suki will have Koronadal City as options on Area, because sometimes, even if KCC Mall is in the said city, some consumers (like our PWD brothers/sisters, senior citizens, busy folks, etc.) would prefer to shop online for hassle-free and much more convenient grocery shopping.

Many things got improved in the app, take forever to delete and correct words in the search filed because its kind go back to previous words. Saved items will get removed because you have to start from scratch when shops has opened your order in their system to correct an order, which is almost every time, because shops and KCC stocks aren't synchronized.

Been having problems with the cart. I can't check out, because some products are not available, and your app won't update my cart. I won't know how to remove the unavailable products in my cart so that I can order.
