I like getting my food delivered because it's much easier than navigating the traffic to hypermart. I don't usually buy produce through it though, because like most people, I'd rather pick out my fruits and vegetables. The store doesn't show all of their products on the app and sometimes they're hard to find due to spelling and such. Overall I'm very satisfied with the app, you just need to learn what products to buy elsewhere, but that's not bad at all.

You should allow a customer to buy from a different city and have the items ordered and delivered to their family in a different city or town, near that store branch. Most of us are buying for our families, I'm disappointed that your app only allows to order at only one location.

I ordered today and dated the delivery today it's been 6 hours, but nothing was delivered! It's already 8:08 pm. I ordered at Prince Hypermart Tali say Branch. There are no customer service options as well for any updates with regards to my order. Such an inconvenience!

I am seeking clarification regarding the functionality of the Suki App. Specifically, why there's a need of a store code. Could you elaborate on the rationale behind requiring a store code, and whether is it possible to enable potential customers to browse your online store without this prerequisite? Furthermore, how can product availability be ascertained when users are in the initial stages of exploration.
