Description
Changing behavior is hard. Luckily, behavioral science can help! 2Morrow addresses behavior modification in a whole new way. Using an innovative behavioral model called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), participants learn cutting-edge strategies that are effective when dealing with unhelpful thoughts, feelings and urges that get in the way of long term success.
The personalized experience is private and non-judgmental with daily lessons, messaging, and customized tips. Participants can also message a live coach for extra support. A Certificate of Completion is provided when the core program is finished, however participants continue to be supported with tips, tools and coaching for up to 12 months.
*Note: You will need a 2Morrow Health account to use this platform through a sponsoring organization. Depending on your sponsoring organization, you may have access to one or more of the following programs: - Weight - Stress - Smoking - Vaping - Chronic Pain - Custom Programs

Does not link to cast light completed all programs then locked up white screen did not receive points on cast light tried to uninstall and restart did not save my data

Freezes up once you complete and won't sync your data to cast light. Screen goes all white. Good news, I have quit smoking.

What a painful experience trying to use this app. It doesn't sync with my Healthcare providers app. It constantly logs me out or resets the page on working on. I already emailed customer support but haven't heard back yet. Very stressful experience.
