I want to be honest about the well I smoke. Tabbacco is the big no no I can feel it drag down my body Red River pipe tobacco... im on a lot of medications which make me have craving the medications are bringing me down with a bunch of side effects the administrator told me not to research my medications. I did and im being told if I don't take my medication I get kicked out I believe half-life let it come outa my system half-life the new dose 50% take blood work ajust medications.

This app is absolutely amazing, I have been planning on quitting for months and I did not know any resources to quit but I found this you can earn badges, and it even has games to play and tips and tricks, and you can make a solid plan, I love this app and if you are serious about quitting you should give it a try, I wanted to quit vaping cold turkey because there arw more success rates so far its helped a lot
