This app has helped me to be more mindful of my puffs and make improvements each day at my own pace. The quit plan puff limits do not automatically feed to the main page limits, but it's easy to go in to profile and adjust those limits. The support team is awesome! I had upgraded to Pro to get the widget and was having issues. I emailed support, and they not only responded but also followed up when they had corrected the issue and had me try it out before closing the ticket. 10/10 recommend!

it's a decent app overall but the issue is have is having to open the app and add every single puff I take, its too much hassle especially when sometimes I just grab my vape without thinking like first thing in the morning, I also like to use my phone when im vaping, just makes me not really want to use it, why not just track how often im changing my pods? You can base it off the volume and strength of each pod, then I can see how long one pod is lasting me

The app is perfect. It moves the automatic behavior to a mindful one. When I vape without it, I keep puffing and finish the vape in 2 days. When I monitor my puffs and keep counting, I stop after 5 or 6 puffs, so the vape continues with me for one week. This means the amount of nicotine is decreasing. The only negative thing in the app is "what fire together, wire together." So now I am making my puffs, then go to social media and spend more time on my phone I wish I could use it with screen off

I purchased premium for the month of june, was charged for it, then ended the auto payment (so I would have premium for june and that's it). However, it removed all the premium features despite me already paying for it.
