I've been using the 2U app for a few months now, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to schedule pickups and deliveries. The laundry and dry-cleaning services are top-notch, always returning my clothes looking fresh and well-cared for. The communication is excellent, with timely notifications and friendly customer support. It’s a huge time-saver and a must-have for anyone with a busy schedule. Highly recommend!

I will be looking for another service. This is NOT an improvement. I received my clothing at my office past 7:30 pm last night. It is not acceptable for my clothes to be out all night. Also, the wait times for pickup are crazy. I hate it that I can't do anything on my computer. It keeps saying that I have to install an app, and it won't install on my computer. What a downward spiral! This place will be out of business soon.

In my area, they also seem to be marketed as a service called Zips. I tried Zips once, had the same issues with this, which I thought was different. Support says they only do that when it's overflow. Who knows what's true. On the positive side, support is responsive and willing to give a $30 credit when things go wrong. They won't automatically apply it, but they offer it without drama.
