Wash On offers exceptional laundry service! My clothes always come back fresh, clean, and perfectly folded. Special thanks to Mr. Frank Oceans for his punctuality and professionalism, he’s always right on time. Highly recommended!

Pathetic. Gave them clothes for laundry 3 times, and they spoiled something each time. Clothes came back with colors faded or different color stains on them. When I wash the same at home, nothing leaked color.

Unfortunately, the app has been broken since the January 2025 update. Even after uninstalling and re-installing it, the app freezes when starting up. It's a shame because Wash On is a good cleaner.
★☆☆☆☆yener aydin· Aug 21, 2026
Very disappointing service. On three separate occasions, my shirts came back with new stains/dirt after using their laundry service. Each time, they refused to accept any responsibility. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to acknowledge repeated issues is unacceptable. I won’t be using this service again.

This app simply doesn't work. The login screen to get your OTP crashes 1 second after requesting OTP, so you don't have enough time to input it. Then you have to repeat the process again, making the app unusable. The development team should really fix this fundamental flaw as its costing Wash On business. Galaxy S25. Android 15.
