Proprietary app we use to operate our apartment's washer/dryer room. Wish it would let you pay direct without carrying a balance, but otherwise very convenient.

The Clean Pay app has made using my apartment laundry room so much easier than having to save up quarters, or make trips to the bank! Simply install Clean Pay on phone, enter credit card# to add funds, next click Clean Pay icon on phone, enter number assigned to the washing machine or dryer after loading clothes and detergent, then machine beeps to remind you to press Start button on machine. Clean Pay tracks remaining funds and even calculates minutes of cycle til wash is finished!

It won't let me put money on the app. It said insufficient funds but the button to add money doesn't show up. If I can't add money I can't do my laundry.

I ran in a situation where the machine glitched took my money and machine didn't start. Had to pay again. Request a refund and no refund.

I don't like the way it goes it doesn't tell you if you washer or dryer stopped the timer in the app mostly is inaccurate

The machines need to be serviced. The dryers have a lot of lint buildup up in the exhaust vent right inside the door. Could become a fire hazard. The washers need to have the gaskets clean and the timing checked on the top load washer. Both of the front load washers smell of mold and mildew. Both have mold growing on the door glass. I put a service request in on the app, and I haven't seen anything different with any of the machines it's been over 2 months now
