Price to do laundry is too high used to be I think 1.50 or 1.75 now it's 2.00 and the minimum is $10.00 you can add the dryers, or maybe it's the washers leave oil stains on my new and current clothes, the dryer always burns my clothes, and they do nothing about it, I will say the customer service that I've dealt with on thia app has always been very nice, understanding & helpful that's the ONLY pro about this app lol unfortunately.

I ran in a situation where the machine glitched took my money and machine didn't start. Had to pay again. Request a refund and no refund.

It won't let me put money on the app. It said insufficient funds but the button to add money doesn't show up. If I can't add money I can't do my laundry.

Update 1 year: they still have not refunded any duplicate or non-start machine charges. It pends at the same $3.00 request that they never check or approve. It's been 3 years. Just go to a Laundromat. Og: Constantly double/triple charging me for machines not starting or just because the app gets confused with the available funds. They do not refund the amount even when requested. All times/availability for machines are wildly incorrect. I wish I could just use coins.

I've been waiting for a refund for a month! The app is also buggy and the washers and dryers really sucked. So glad I have my own washer and dryer again.
