Very easy to use uncomplicated, and I just love that I can load money onto my account and just go connect my phone to the washer or dryer and do laundry it's just so convenient I would give it 10 Stars if I could

My only complaint with Sidekick is that you need to clean the lint from under the lint trap, in the trap on the door, and probably through the pipes -- it is so dangerous to have loose lint around as it may catch fire, and in all the time since the new machines were put in I have *never* seen a cleaning around and under the lint traps in the dryers, however I *have* see lint piling up around and under the lint traps. Please do a thorough lint cleaning!

It's ok and when it needs to be fixed it's happening so what nice and gives your money back when you have a problem with the washer and dryer machines ok and wish we had more washer and dryer here ok

The relevant issue is I have that the app offers you an option to type in the machine code instead of needing to access Bluetooth AND camera - but the code on the machine doesn't fit the number of characters asked by the app, so you HAVE to give this app access to Bluetooth. And because of how Bluetooth permissions work, you can't set it to "ask every time". Also, this app shouldn't exist at all because I SHOULDN'T NEED AN APP WITH MY PII TO DO MY LAUNDRY.
