Always refunded without a hassle if a machine is broken or working improperly, and in a timely manner. No glitches or connection issues. Easy to load funds. And better than keeping track of a card if you want app only access The only thing I'd change is that loading money has a minimum of $10. Very inconvenient on emergency situations like sick dogs or kids potty training where you just need to quickly wash a few items and don't have a full ten for one load.

My only complaint with Sidekick is that you need to clean the lint from under the lint trap, in the trap on the door, and probably through the pipes -- it is so dangerous to have loose lint around as it may catch fire, and in all the time since the new machines were put in I have *never* seen a cleaning around and under the lint traps in the dryers, however I *have* see lint piling up around and under the lint traps. Please do a thorough lint cleaning!

Great app makes doing Laundry so much more convenient. No quarters to keep up with, and you can track how much money you spend on your laundry! So far no issues using the app. It works great every time!!!!

The relevant issue is I have that the app offers you an option to type in the machine code instead of needing to access Bluetooth AND camera - but the code on the machine doesn't fit the number of characters asked by the app, so you HAVE to give this app access to Bluetooth. And because of how Bluetooth permissions work, you can't set it to "ask every time". Also, this app shouldn't exist at all because I SHOULDN'T NEED AN APP WITH MY PII TO DO MY LAUNDRY.

How to change it from five stars to two stars because too much lately it's not showing the occupied machines on the home screen and that's one of the reasons why I went to the app is because I can see the status of the machine in the application, but the machines aren't showing up in the list. The other reason why I got this app was no more quarters. However, if I cannot see the machine in the application homepage, I don't really want to use the app anymore. 12/15/26 $1.50 to $175 to use 👎
