This morning the app gave me a screen saying it needed to find my laundry room. Weird, but no problem, right? Follow the on-screen instructions. Scanned QR code, nothing. Put in the machine #? No dice. Entered the src code manually, nope. Kind of sucked to have to run back to my car and grab my wallet and load a card up when I have money loaded onto my account already digitally. Hope they fix this soon.

I always have trouble with the dryer not wanting to start using my online account, and never have quarters on hand, so it comes to being nothing but a hassle and makes me wanna just go to a regular laundry mat and say screw ours here at the apartment buildings

Sucks to have to rely on an app to load funds to wash clothes and if the app is down you can't wash clothes if you cant load money onto the dang app!

I would like to see more working washers. There's only two working washers in the whole laundry room. Too many of us not have more washers... also updated washers might be nice too they are quite out of date and most of them are broke down. But otherwise I enjoy using my phone to take care of my laundry instead of worry about quarters. Please put in more washers!!!!

When these blasted machines and this app first appeared months ago, there were no issues, no errors with your blasted app. Now, it's every single time. And every single time, I attempt to follow its prompts twice, give up, restart my phone, deal with the blasted prompts again, and then it finally works. Please see attached screenshots. I've called before and was promised a call back which never materialized. Please fix your blasted application.
