Worst company and the worst app ever. Doesn't connect to the machines whatsoever. I have $5 sitting in my account that is useless.

Everyone who has this company and app absolutely hates them. They link up with slum lords and hotels and make money off of consumers hoping for a reliable service. The machines smell and hardly get serviced.

Ultimately it gets my laundry done however... The app frequently does not work as expected. Will not load without closing and reopening. Forgets I have laundry running. Doesn't show that someone else has the machine occupied. When it does remember it gets the time remaining wrong. Forgets my balance. Logs me out. Overall slow. This app needs some serious help on reliability. I would just use quarters if I had any.
