This company that runs these washers and dryers are THE WORST. They don't fix them, so you are constantly wasting money in broken machines because they don't put out of order on them. They don't refund you even after you put in a request. Anyone in the future thinking of having them out washers/dryers in your complex DON'T DO IT unless your a slumlord

I have been trying to report maintenance service for either washer and dryer, and it does not recognize the machine number or say that they do not exist. One such washer has been vandalized, and they say that the washer does not exist. Another time, a dryer was eating up my coins, and I reported the issue. They responded that it had been fixed when it hadn't the next time, I tried to use the same dryer. This company is incompetent!
