This is one of the easiest apps I use. Once I am signed in, about the only info I need to enter is the machine number. It is much easier than visiting the bank to get rolls of quarters.

If you live in a building where this app is used, and you don't want to go to a laundromat, you have no choice but to use this app! Generally works well. Pros: you don't have to hoard quarters or remember a card. Transferrable between buildings. App tells you when laundry is done Cons: sometimes the QR code isn't readable, but you can put in the number of the machine instead. The "rewards" program is confusing to use. Probably a feature, not a bug. TLDR: Easy to use, a couple of minor problems.

Good but one issue. Starts machine with no problem but unless the app is open (and even sometimes not then) I don't get notified that the cycle is done

Absolutely trash no costumer service almost all machine are dirty and unmaintained one dryer is a major fire hazard and will suck up ur clothes onto the grate and burn them black and crispy. Never see anyone maintain this machine, and I've lived in the same spot for 5 years. Was told even tho a machine repeatedly scanned my card and took $8 ($2 per load) that they would not refund me my money because I should have known it was broken or out of order

CSC is a parasite, not a business. So, no surprise that their app stinks. It has a feature for reporting laundry machines that need service that does not work. And the app used to keep track of the time left on the machines you have paid to use - with optional notifications - but that has stopped functioning as well. All it really does is take your money while you pray that their horrible laundry machines will actually work for a change.
