National Wash Laundry Pay

★★★★★ Make sure to disconnect other Bluetooth from your phone before using. If not, it can't connect to the washer/dryer. I know, it sounds obvious. Until you forget.

★★★★★ I love this app I don't have to worry about if there are quarters in the machine I don't have to worry about getting singles or fives, and it's always there and ready when I needed. My only complaint is I would like the ability to add more to the dryers at a time, so the dryer is a $1.75, and I want to add $2 I have to do it quarter by quarter

★★☆☆☆ Awful would be a nice way to put it. Waste time trying to set up an app that is garbage. Then it wants you set a pay account of some kind. Never again. Totally garbage. Go somewhere else to wash clothes.

★★☆☆☆ Minimum balance load is required. No ability to pay for one wash/dry at a time. I've been waiting on a balance refund for over a month. If you have the ability to pay in change it's worth the trouble to avoid this.

★★☆☆☆ This app is a scam. It requires you to add more than $10 to use a $2.75 washer, and you can't get the funds back, even though I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN. Before swapping your machines to this USELESS app, consider the fact that MOST OF YOUR GUEST WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN! I have to download an app, create an account, add funds to said account, and activate the washer through the app. When all I wanted to do WAS PUT QUARTERS IN A MACHINE AND PRESS START! Stupid. This whole setup is STUPID.
