This laundry room is at Magee Properties built on to Polk Arms Apartments. It has a triple washer ($6.25) and usually works good. Did not spin well last time I was doing brothers clothes (rags) mainly. And 3 regular size washer's for $2.85 per load. 4 dryers at $2.75. No one is assigned to clean the area, so you get what you get. Also, a swap shop for whoever wants what. Clothes, toys, shoes. Misc.

Only thing I don't like is that you have to out 5 dollar increments. Sometimes I don't need to out that much. Should.look into adjusting that

I love this app I don't have to worry about if there are quarters in the machine I don't have to worry about getting singles or fives, and it's always there and ready when I needed. My only complaint is I would like the ability to add more to the dryers at a time so the dryer is a $1.75, and I want to add $2 I have to do it quarter by quarter

The app is breeding ground for phising schemes, there is no way to take the money out of your account, and they don't refund you. Basically, if your hotel makes you download this app, you're better off finding a laundry mat that charges cash, and a user interface that is simple, doesn't steal your money. Do Not

Minimum balance load is required. No ability to pay for one wash/dry at a time. I've been waiting on a balance refund for over a month. If you have the ability to pay in change it's worth the trouble to avoid this.

Registration confirmation SMS does not work with international number. Np alternative means of confirmation offered. I mean why on Earth would a hotel laundry ever need to be used by a foreign tourist? Bad testing guys.

Had an advertisement that blends in with the apps white background, it was surprisingly subtle. I thought this was how I'd set up my account, but turns out it was a Chinese scam for a PDF converter. Actual app isn't much better. Poorly designed app, slow, buggy, and you're screwed if you need an alternative. Make a friend who has a washer/dryer or go to a reputable coin laundry. Very disappointed in the poor quality.
