This app is easy to use, and it's convenient to see if washers or dryers are available and if my laundry is finished. I don't have to carry change around or my card. Since I already carry my phone with me, I already have the payment with me. I really enjoy this app.

Went from being the worst app to finally allowing user to just login without the stupid code back to being the worst app ever. Apparently they believe no EVER gets a new phone. Their service is trash their machines are trash this app is trash. But still somehow have the audacity to raise prices

The app takes forever to load and most of the time the timer on the app doesn't match up with the laundry machines. Had to open and close the app 3x because it wouldn't load. FIX YOUR APP

Can't even add a 0.25¢ short cycle on the dryer once it finishes, you have to pay the full $2 for just another 10 minutes. Also have to re-enter or re-scan numerous times for the Bluetooth to sync with the machine. Don't listen to the bots.
