BDS Laundry Start

★★★★★ It is very easy to use, and I like the way it tells you when the wash or dryer is done.

★★★★★ This kind of app makes doing laundry much easier for me, can add funds any time, no need for coins at the machines, and it tells me when my clothes are done, very useful with the cramped schedule I always have. 💜

★★★★★ This app is super easy and super convenient. I don't have to get quarters anymore and that saves me a lot of time an energy.

★★☆☆☆ Tried using it didn't have the card my apartment provides nor using the qr code at the managers office and trying ro find one in the machine in our laundery room held no option for me to put cash on my card electronically making the app utterly useless

★★☆☆☆ Why do even offer an app if have the time it takes me 10 minutes of scanning to get the dryer to work, while the other dryer connected and is running? I love 3 floors away and get very irritated, as an asthmatic, at having to make multiple trips down to collect my items. Connect the cards to the accounts if you're not going to have a fully working system! I refuse to pay for a card to have money separate from the app. I don't have cash just lying around for this!

★★☆☆☆ Can't even log in. It asks for permission to use Bluetooth to find the laundry room. Then, it says "invalid parameters" and then resets and makes me do it again. I can't log in at all.

★★☆☆☆ Broken App. Room Status shows nothing and neither does peak time graph. It's cool I don't need quarters. It's NOT cool going to launder and finding all the machines in use.
