What a fantastic way to pay for laundry! No more hustling when you're short on quarters --& no more sagging when you're flush with them-- along with no more of ANYTHING that has to do with feeding cash to a laundry machine. The ONLY reason I took off one star is this: The APP-- IS NOT ALWAYS CURRENT/ACCURATE ABOUT WHICH MACHINES ARE ACTUALLY WORKING. Almost every time I've washes there are OUT OF ORDER machines which your app claims are available.

There's a sticker on every washer and dryer that says you get a free wash when you download the app. Never got that, no code was available in my app. I also don't like the fact that there isn't an option to pay for more time. If your clothes are nearly dry, you have to pay for another whole cycle even if you just need 15 minutes. Makes me miss quarter machines.

Been using the app for a year no problems until today it's not allowing me to connect to actually start laundry will not allow me to pay, so I can start my laundry It said something to do with Bluetooth not connecting okay well I restarted my phone, and I've turned on and off my internet I played with the Bluetooth turning it on and off I've updated the app I've installed and uninstalled the app multiple times still the same result something to do Bluetooth, so I try to go to Bluetooth wil not connect
