Bay 2 needs the high pressure hose fixed but moved one over and no problem. Not five stars just because I had put $5 in bay 2 and kind of used it to no avail cuz the water presser wasn't good enough.

The times on washers/dryers are way off and takes me back to home page every time that I tap "earn credits...however it does serve its purpose for me-meaning I get my laundry done day or night without having to scramble around hoping I can find enough quarters. ***UPDATE: after using this app weekly for over 6 months: I still cannot access your "marketplace/earn credits" and continue getting the run-a-round from you. My rating has dropped.

This app works only half the time, and it didn't use to be like this. Once my apartment got new machines the app kept glitching. Half the time I can't pay a quarter to extend drying time. The other time it can't even find the machine for me to wash. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times, and it keeps logging me out. The app is trash now. It's only been like this the last month or so though. IDK what they did, but they need to revert it.
