I like the application. A few suggestions. Have the ability to transfer funds from the laundry card to the app. Also, the app needs a feedback section. Lastly, it was tricky to find the number of the machine because 1. It's not clearly stated that there is no number or QR code physically on the machines. 2. The machine number I noticed shows up on the machine display only once I'm ready to pay then I'm able to find the machine. Also, the machines' layout may be different in the app.

I really like that you are able to see what machines are available and how easy it is to use the app but one thing. For the use of the dryer it takes to long to add the time to you preferred time. The selection should be pay one price, for example $1.75 for 45 minutes instead of 50 cents for first 10 minutes, 25 cents for additional 5 minutes. I find it time-consuming and a bit expensive. I think $1.75 is reasonable for the first 45 minutes then 25 cents for additional 5 minutes if needed.

Okay so let me get this straight. I can only do laundry if I use this app. To use it I have to 'agree to the privacy policy'. The privacy policy essentially says that this company and all its future current and future partners (there has been at least one merger since using the app) has access to essentially all activities that happen on the device (name, age, social media information, location, etc. etc.). And again, this is literally the only way I can use the machines in my building.

This type of thing should not exist I just need to do my laundry and I have to download an app, find out it isn't working, get on a call with customer service, wait on hold, just to get the code for my laundry room, then pay an extra fee on top of the water and electricity already used by the washer.

Awful app. First of all, they charge you a fee to load money on there, and then they hold your money like a bank does. Second, the app doesn't register with the machines half of the time, so I'll waste $4.75 on my load.
