It's Great. My only gripe is that I can't share my funds in my account with family members in our home We all use the same card, why can't we share the funds? Maybe have a virtual card that we can all sign into? Just a thought.

Amazing I do not have to bring the laundry card

I really like that you are able to see what machines are available and how easy it is to use the app but one thing. For the use of the dryer it takes to long to add the time to you preferred time. The selection should be pay one price, for example $1.75 for 45 minutes instead of 50 cents for first 10 minutes, 25 cents for additional 5 minutes. I find it time-consuming and a bit expensive. I think $1.75 is reasonable for the first 45 minutes then 25 cents for additional 5 minutes if needed.

Worst system ever. I loaded money into the account and tried to start the machine. The app only allows for 3 characters to be input despite there being 6 characters on the machine ID. I went to another laundromat instead and called the helpline looking for a refund. That's when I found out that the machine ID is not the 6 character prominently displayed. They also told me that THEY DO NOT DO Refund. I got no service and paid for nothing. Scam company.

Never works when needed. Error appears that location is not found when staying in the laundry or any floor in the building

Awful app. First of all, they charge you a fee to load money on there, and then they hold your money like a bank does. Second, the app doesn't register with the machines half of the time, so I'll waste $4.75 on my load.

As soon as you start the dryer, it shows a pop-up asking you to extend the time by 8 minutes for 25 cents. This seems designed to get people to spend more than they intended, without thinking. I fully expect the developers to add more dark patterns and anti features in the app's future. Unaccurate app has ZERO sync services with its own machines. Horrible appliances, poor customer service and in all the worst laundry service out there
