I like the application. A few suggestions. Have the ability to transfer funds from the laundry card to the app. Also, the app needs a feedback section. Lastly, it was tricky to find the number of the machine because 1. It's not clearly stated that there is no number or QR code physically on the machines. 2. The machine number I noticed shows up on the machine display only once I'm ready to pay then I'm able to find the machine. Also, the machines' layout may be different in the app.

Using a washing machine has never been this difficult for me. First of all, you need a local phone number which is actually never really needed for the usage, so I had to pay $20 to get a local phone number just to use a washing machine. Second of all, it is possible to create a password that is too long to actually use in the app, so you have to change the password in order to be able to log into the app, which is very confusing as the password you entered during account creation does not work.

Unaccurate app has ZERO sync services with its own machines. Horrible appliances, poor customer service and in all the worst laundry service out there
