App works well. Have to be in range of machines for the Bluetooth to work of course. Otherwise, payments load promptly and wash/dryer starts immediately of you pressing the start button.

It would be good if we could actually report machine issues to this app rather than having to type out issues to our property manager. A lot of residents don't realize that when they do report issues to this app it actually doesn't report the issue. Machine issues go underreported to be fixed in a reasonable time frame because residents figure when they report to this app it goes through. Except it doesn't. Our apartment manager thinks we can report to the app. Turns out we can not.

Absolutely terrible! The room status is always inaccurate and doesn't work half the time. Their customer service is the worst I've seen in some time. Their techs never come back to fix the machine if there is an issue and when you call to speak to someone, it's some half wit who is reading from a script and can't answer any of your questions if they aren't on said script. Absolute idiocy.

App is slow, when it decides to load at all. Have to close and reopen it several times to get it to work. Sucks. The other laundry room app my complex use to have worked so much better. Only use this if you hate your residents.
