As noted by others, the App is perfect. Worst company though. The apartments should shift to Automatic Laundry. They provide way better service. I have used their service for a year. Never had any issue.

The regular csc mobile laundry app doesn't even work anymore, but I asked for a refund the amount that I've spent on drying my clothes and not even that I shouldn't spend almost $20 I put away for laundry in coins and not get my refund back There's no point in moving it to a different dryer plus I report that the dryers aren't working, so many times only to find out by the apartment that the gas wasn't even properly connected it and to no surprise it still hasn't been fixed that was two months ago

Machines jam. Company does not empty change. The only way to make the machine to work is to beat it with a hammer. Bad company. If you notice, all places with these machines have bad reviews. Reporting them to the attorney general and the financial commission. They steal people's money.
