A lot easier than paying $10 for a wash card, and I can monitor the load from my phone. I know how much time is left, when they're finished, and if someone opens it before it's done. Great app

It's nice, but I wish there is a better option to select the extra minutes, such as a list of minutes 10, 20, 30, 40 ....etc. than pressing the extra minute button multiple times to reach to whatever minutes I would want to add. Every time the extra minute is selected, I have to wait to press the cycle on the machine and also until the payment is processed, so it takes so much time to add extra minutes. It would be much easier to just press the needed extra minutes from a list at once.

It works well, but in the last five minutes of the wash, it doesn't precisely give you how many minutes it just says less than five, and I prefer the more precise way.

Can we PLEASE get an option to add more than just 0.25 increments of time for the drier, your washers SOAK our clothes, then we gotta spend $12 just to dry them because one cycle is NOT enough? Either fix your machines (which I keep putting reports in to fix, but every time they're "fixed" they soak clothes AGAIN and AGAIN) or at least make us be able to add more than just 0.25 at a time if you're going to gouge us, it's tedious and more annoying than having to deal with waterlogged clothes.

Half the time it won't connect the damn machine. I want to use this app, so I don't have to go downstairs to load my card. The old cinematic app worked fine

Half the time does not recognize the laundry room or machines, other times freezes trying to load pay screen

Wash or dry machines are always useless, aren't they? They are continuously maintained, it is very difficult to make a claim for reimbursement of the money. The machines are old models. The truth is a poor service for any apartment area. It's a nefarious service.
