It's very easy, and I love not having to collect quarters! * Review after several months. I do one load of laundry weekly. 1 load of wash and 1 dry. Often times, I've found that I've been double charged for either the washer or the dryer! The charges occur about 2- 3 minutes after the first time. Sometimes it's been the dryer, but usually it's the washer. Now I'm finding that my transaction history has been deleted. I have screenshots of the double billing.

Big improvement from the previous app. I appreciate how easy it is to select the machine and also that the notifications for a complete cycle actually work. The best new feature compared to the old cinematic app is the ability to check available machines BEFORE going down to do laundry!

Tells you when your wash is done before it's actually done. So the counter is not accurate

Connecting to the machine is terrible every time you connect one machine and try to connect another to do another wash it just takes forever to load, so you have to restart the app, and then it finally loads, and then it takes another long time for it to actually process what is happening

Put in work order and still for MONTHS nothing gets fixed. If they put cameras in the laundry room it would kill alot of birds with just that stone. Horrible. The on top of that there is a limited amount of refunds for when the machine takes your money but doesn't work. So.e people have lived here for a while and these machines are always broken. Currently in my end of the complex there are 18 machines and 2 fully work and 1 sometimes works if you catch it on a good day. Thumb down, no stars!
