It's very easy, and I love not having to collect quarters! * Review after several months. I do one load of laundry weekly. 1 load of wash and 1 dry. Often times, I've found that I've been double charged for either the washer or the dryer! The charges occur about 2- 3 minutes after the first time. Sometimes it's been the dryer, but usually it's the washer. Now I'm finding that my transaction history has been deleted. I have screenshots of the double billing.

The worst washing service there is, constantly broken machines, they say they repair them. And they never do. They just put a sign on them saying it's "repaired"even though it's not. The same washing machine in my complex has been leaking for months and months, they've been out here about 12 different times and said they fixed it. And never actually do. I don't know if it's just incompetence or pure laziness. This is literally the worst washing machine service I have ever used. The same two washer

"Support" is a joke & will tell you they can't compensate you for loads paid for due to the app being unreliable. Backstory: app said my clothes were done being washed, when I went in, both machines were in use, with 30 minutes to go. So, I assumed someone had put my wet clothes into the dryer (there were wet clothes in the dryer) so, I started the dryer. Nope, weren't my clothes. Just paid for someone else's laundry because the app doesn't know when the machine is done.

This app sucks. Only reason I use it is because it's the only way to do laundry in my apartment building. Doesn't notify you half the time when your laundry is done, takes forever to add time to the dryer, and you still have to physically go to check if someone else is using the washer/dryer because it doesn't tell you if they're in use. Completely useless and makes doing laundry so much worse.
