It's nice, but I wish there is a better option to select the extra minutes, such as a list of minutes 10, 20, 30, 40 ....etc. than pressing the extra minute button multiple times to reach to whatever minutes I would want to add. Every time the extra minute is selected, I have to wait to press the cycle on the machine and also until the payment is processed, so it takes so much time to add extra minutes. It would be much easier to just press the needed extra minutes from a list at once.

App and washer dryer units are easy to learn and operate. First day using it the washer I picked didn't work. They reimburse me in like 5 minutes, so that was really great. My only suggestion is making the minimum amount you can add to the card 10 instead of 20.

Convenient app with great support, but check device compatibility! WASH-Connect makes paying for laundry and tracking cycles super easy. Customer service is top-notch—whenever I’ve needed a refund for a failed cycle or submitted a maintenance request for a broken machine, their team responded and resolved the issue quickly. Just a quick note for new users: the app requires a 64-bit processor device to run, so make sure your phone is compatible before downloading!

App is often glitches and will take money off account when communication error happens, often won't read machines, and I have to repeatedly log in and out to connect to a machine have to call repeatedly for repairs my fam works hard to pay for a 10 dollar card and to load money each week to have fresh clothes the least big box company could do is make sure they run as smooth as possible sewing as I pay for the service. Im so upset about it. Lost money when I really could have used it. 😕

An abject piece of predatory garbage. Enables landlords to charge exorbitantly for laundry without providing any benefit AT ALL to tenants. Constant issues with machine sensing and overall reliability. Only allows for the addition of funds with a $10 minimum. Ever since my building began requiring this app to run the laundry machines, I've started taking my laundry off-site as much as possible, all, so I can avoid interact with this piece of junk.

These people are crooks. Machines steal money. Avoid using. Every 5th wash, the machine accepts payment and locks up. $2.75 per wash is a scam. $2.50 per 1 hour dry is a scam. These machines do not wash, they splash water on your cloths. When complete, they come out dripping, forcing you to run the dryer more than an hour. (No, I am not overloading.)
