It works some of the time I usually have 2 washers going, and it only shows one, and then it doesn't show the dryer at all

This app logs you out every single time (and you're not allowed to log in until you're in the washing room). It does not support any kind of mobile payment system other than entering in credit card numbers manually. In order to get notifications, you have to have the app run in the foreground since the developers couldn't be harassed with properly utilizing background notifications. On top of this, they raised the rates when they changed these new machines, so I'm paying nearly $6 a load.

Extremely stupid update. It now doesn't let you sign in at your apartment. You now need to be at the laundry room. So you can't see if washers are busy. It also just keeps loading. I put $15 more in it, and it doesn't even let me use the app. So it stole $15. Wish people would just leave apps alone when they were working fine before. At this rate I wish they brought back quarters. I had emailed before this review. They were no help. The app stole my money because it won't even work to wash

Won't let you choose any increment to reload funds. Won't let you open a dryer door in the middle of the cycle. Will sometimes refund your machine when something doesn't get work, but if the machines don't work, and you ask every time something doesn't work then they refuse to refund anymore. Obviously if you're considering downloading your probably stuck with it, so good luck also it keeps asking me to let it run in the background. Why would I want that?
