A horrific experience that I *have* to engage with. Don't have a smartphone or internet access? Keep your location tracker off at all times? Use a VPN? Then guess what, you *can't* do your laundry. In what universe is this app better than simple coin operation and/or a card reader? Two things that were completely removed, so residents of my apartment building have to solely rely on this tripe. I would warn against people using it, but you're likely in the same boat I'm in and literally have to.

Downgrading I spend tons of money for wash with this price gauging app, and now I have to call their number to get a refund on a machine that didn't start please give us an option to use coin it would be so much faster than trying to communicate with these slow bleeping machines I loathe waiting 5 minutes just to add 8 more minutes to my dry time ...if you care read your reviews, then you will know how to improve. I've spent so much on this app, and yet I still can't get a $1.75 refund ?
