Your machine drains all your detergent after 5 to 6 min that such a waste of laundry detergent your machine should clean for 20 min B4 drawing all detergent cuz your charge 2.50 a load why does my detergent so dispensable to you

I love this app but in our building people break the machine, and on the app you can report issues or concerns. But a request in a month ago and the dryer is still not fixed.

I hate this app so much. I don't think Satan himself could make a worse app if he tried. I'm only ever able to connect to two of the machines in my building, so I'm screwed if someone else is using them. Even at that, before I'm able to connect to a machine, I need to turn my Wi-Fi off, turn my Bluetooth off and on, and "force stop" the app, THEN I can connect. I need to do this EVERY TIME 🫩 and it still only works like half the time. I wrote this while waiting 20 min for my machine to connect

The laundry machines under "room status" are ALWAYS gray. That functionality of this app does NOT work. The laundry room is three floors below me, so it would be nice if the app worked like it's supposed to. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity are OK as long as you are patient/willing to wait for it to pick up the machine you are trying to use. Edited in 2026 - this still has not been fixed four years later!
