Laundry Connect Pay and the updated laundry system are so easy to greatly appreciate❣️❣️❣️ At times people may not be able to add an amount "greater" than $10. This nullifies the appreciability of the convenience of this app. Being able to add $5 would increase and re-validate the convenience and appreciation. Decrease from 5☆ to barely 4☆. I would really like to see this service back up at 5.

You should make it so that we can send an alert to other people using the washer/dryer when their laundry is done. So instead of their laundry just sitting there, we can get ours done too!

This is a great app!! It is nice that I don't have to walk all the way downstairs or set a timer to see if my laundry is done or if there is an open machine. It tells you on the app. Most of all j love that i don't have to carry around 5 pounds of quarters just one card.

Absolutely terrible. Why do I need to use Bluetooth and GPS to activate a washing machine? Why do I have to re-login every time I go to a new page? Why does your password system not recognize all, basic, special characters? Why is your card system STILL not working more than a week after it went down? Why did your customer service rep ask me to send credit card info via unsecured email? You should all be fired and replaced with 8th graders. They, at least, understand basic cybersecurity.

I hate this app so much. I don't think Satan himself could make a worse app if he tried. I'm only ever able to connect to two of the machines in my building, so I'm screwed if someone else is using them. Even at that, before I'm able to connect to a machine, I need to turn my Wi-Fi off, turn my Bluetooth off and on, and "force stop" the app, THEN I can connect. I need to do this EVERY TIME and it still only works like half the time. I wrote this while waiting 20 min for my machine to connect

The only thing good about this company is the app. The machines suck a$$, and they do not dry well. I had to dry my clothes a second time. My advice to landlords everywhere is to buy nice or buy twice. Here's a suggestion, let your tenants have washing machines. There are many new ones out there that do not require a plumbing hookup and can be drained via gravity.
