My experience with the laundry app has been very easy to use with no issues. Fast connection laundry machines, notification when laundry has completed wash and dry cycles. I highly recommend!

Your machine drains all your detergent after 5 to 6 min that such a waste of laundry detergent your machine should clean for 20 min B4 drawing all detergent cuz your charge 2.50 a load why does my detergent so dispensable to you

I like these machines the washing machines in a public place, but they're set up where is 225 for a wash if you use cold water hot water goes to three dollars, and it's the same thing with the dryer they don't tell you if you use hot water or if you actually need extra time that you got to pay for it it's not a full wash I had to figure that's 😕

This is a great app!! It is nice that I don't have to walk all the way downstairs or set a timer to see if my laundry is done or if there is an open machine. It tells you on the app. Most of all j love that i don't have to carry around 5 pounds of quarters just one card.

Notification alerts should activate even when the app is closed. At times people may not be able to add an amount "greater" than $10. This nullifies the appreciability of the convenience of this app. Being able to add $5 would increase and re-validate the convenience and appreciation. Decrease from 5☆ to barely 2☆. I would really like to see this service back up at 5. Don't appreciate the false, inaccurate, LIE stating that the "machine finished" notification!!!

I hate this app so much. I don't think Satan himself could make a worse app if he tried. I'm only ever able to connect to two of the machines in my building, so I'm screwed if someone else is using them. Even at that, before I'm able to connect to a machine, I need to turn my Wi-Fi off, turn my Bluetooth off and on, and "force stop" the app, THEN I can connect. I need to do this EVERY TIME and it still only works like half the time. I wrote this while waiting 20 min for my machine to connect

App is slow. App doesn't show you if machines are in use before you head to the laundry room. If you fully close the app by accident and open it back up your machine status is lost. App needs some serious overhauling.
