★★★★★ I like the app. I don't like is having to still stand there and push the buttons on the machine just for it to except once I hit pay and wanted to get started you can't move forward without physically touching the machine again, but the dryer situation works a little bit differently, and you can actually add minutes as long as they're still running on the machine, so I love the app just a few things that personally irritate me, but I love it

★★☆☆☆ I am ANNOYED and FRUSTRATED! The APP is registered & funds are added. It is on BLUETOOTH SETTING. I waited for #19 to respond to my smartphone for a LONG TIME. I decided to delete the APP & reinstall it. I had to REMOVE my laundry from 19 to 20. It responded & started washing. Twenty-one worked fine. But, when I moved 20 to 24 to DRY. It DIDN'T WORK like 19. So, I had to move that wash to 22 to dry, #23 worked fine. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! MY PHONE IS NOT THE PROBLEM. It took me 2 hrs to do 2 loads.

★★☆☆☆ I'm giving this app only 2 stars bc it doesn't tell u if the washers/dryers are already in use. It's annoying when I lug my laundry down the stairs & across the courtyard, only to find the washers are in use by other residents- bc I have to lug it back to my apt, bc u can't leave laundry in the laundry room & there's nowhere to wait. And checking B4 bringing ur laundry doesn't always work, bc people sometimes get there B4 u get back with ur laundry 😭 Please add this room status feature 🥲🙏

★★☆☆☆ Makes you add more the 10 dollars at a time. You should be able to add less. I'd rather just pay with quarters, but my school forces me to use the app. And the dryers never work.

★★☆☆☆ Takes ages to connect to a washer or dryer, if it connects at all. On multiple occasions I have to try several times to connect to a machine. Most recently it has connected to the nearby machine instead of the one I chose, taken my money only to disconnect to a machine and not reconnect, and made me wait ten minutes to connect to a machine. I have a good Wi-Fi connection and decent cell service as well. This is by far the worst laundry app I've been forced to use.
