★★★★★ Fast and easy. I love not having to go to the bank for quarters.

★★★★★ I can guarantee most of these negative reviews aren't related to the app itself. The problems are with the individual local in building Wi-Fi systems connected directly to the laundry room machines. Building owners and management are in charge of the having local laundry systems properly maintained and serviced by professionals. You should notify them if you are having problems. I have been using this laundry app for over 5 years, and it has always worked great.

★★☆☆☆ This app doesn't store card information. You have to enter your name, address, card number information each time fund this app.

★★☆☆☆ Machine and app are terrible. Ran for 30 minutes with no water. Sure i won't be reimbursed for my lost load or time

★★☆☆☆ If the app showed you which machines were in use and how much time they had it would be much better. Currently, the app only shows you which machine you personally have in use and that means you are carrying your laundry all the way to the laundry room only to find the machines are busy. If you're going to have an app, make it worth your customer time. Please upgrade your tech.
