CyclePay is the new app name. Previously known as "My Laundry" and "CyberLaundry".

IMPORTANT: ONLY WORKS IN PARTICIPATING LAUNDRY LOCATIONS.

You can view your account balance, add funds and start cycles on washers and dryers in your laundry room. You can also view real-time machine status and send service requests if needed.

***For any service related issues, problems starting machines or to request a refund, please contact your laundry location management office directly.

Cycle Pay is 1 of the easiest to navigate & learn. It's especially nice not having to make sure you have enough quarters for laundry. And in the app, it lets you know when your laundry is done. The best thing ever since sliced bread 😁

IT'S better than cash, but that's about it...it's taken my money, close to $20 over the last six months... I've pressed REPORT MACHINE several times, and I've also called and left message.NO ONE RETURNED MY INQUIRES...THUMBS 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Every time I am forced to use this app to do laundry I have a problem. Either It doesn't recognize the machine, double charges for money, or doesn't recognize my card info. It adds 10 mins to each trip to wash/dry, but I'm stuck using it bc they removed the option for quarters. If I'm being forced by the hoa to use an app, the least you could do is make the experience slightly better than nails down a chalkboard.

Bad connection issues with the dryers and money goes missing from my account from time to time. Still best to use the card if it is available in your laundry room.

doesn't track the machines properly it says there are no machines in use and whoopidido I go down with my laundry every washer is used.
