★★★★★ I like the game, but it's very hard to get characters that need gems to get. Even the sales for events are still a little pricey. There are SO many characters I want SO bad, bit I can't because of the prices. CAN YOU PLEASE LOWER THEM? I WILL DELETE THE GAME IF YOU DON'T!!!!!!!! (Pls respond to this message, seriously. This is a problem in the game, and it needs to be responded to.🫤

★★☆☆☆ Ive played this game a long time, growing up as a mlp loving little girl this was on EVERY device I had. However, what makes me give it 2 stars is the fact that there's no ability to make an account to be able to log into on different devices to save progress in case your device breaks, or you lose it. On my old phone I picked the game back up after like 4 years and I played for months nonstop and was about level 80, I broke my phone and lost ALL my progress. Please fix this

★★☆☆☆ So I went on the game earlier today and collected from all my shops and sent my ponies on quests then went off for a few hours, and now I just went back on but all of a sudden I'm back to level 0 and all my progress is gone, and I don't know why.

★★☆☆☆ This game is honestly really fun but desperately needs a confirmation on spending gems. Like an "Are you sure you want to spend gems?" Popup, for example. I have tremors and keep accidentally spending high amounts of gems on dachas I could not care for just to get some decorations I don't want, setting my progress on getting the pony I'm saving up for miles back. Even if just an option in the settings, I want these accidental purchases using a high amount of gems or coins to stop happening.
