I love the game first off. So I was logged in using a facebook account that was also connected to my Google play account but after the facebook login was taken down my account reverted to a brand-new game after the new update. Even my Google play account was reverted to the beginning of the game, and I was far into the game (I was about to unlock Feline and Barbosa) is there any way I can get my progress back as I spent real world money to unlock some premium shop characters as well

Excellent game - the graphics are wonderful - just like a Disney film. I love this game. I recently had to take my phone back in settings and had to reinstall my Kingdoms game. However it says its installed, but I can't find it. I have to go to play store to play it.

Just like Dream light Valley by this company everything you need to advance is behind a pay wall. You need certain characters to further your progress, but they cost $5 or more. Really a let-down on what could be a good game.

I had made multiple purchases over the last 8 years, and I had saved it to a Game loft account. A recent update cleared my game progress. When I went to log in to the Game loft account, it said "no such email". I tried reaching out via the "Customer care" chat, but so far no response. Very disappointed! ETA: The response I got from the developer shows they don't care and don't read. I still have no response using their internal chat system as recommended - AND as I stated in my original review.

In review to the June 4th, 2026 update, I can confidently say that they've done nothing, no changes made and everything is still pay to win. They have "limited event gacha rolls" which either costs diamonds or real life dollars. Do not fall for this corporate strategy. It's also worth noting they make you pay to remove ads. Most games don't even make you do this. The tutorial was long, they mansplain the simplest tech, and it's a waiting simulator praying you are weak enough to spend. Get a grip.
