If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app may request access to your camera to capture media & scan barcodes. The Disney PhotoPass Lenses features of this app may use information on your device to detect face & hand coordinates. The app may request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. This is a great app to use. It provides all the features necessary to guide around the park, whether it's finding a restroom or your car to making reservations, ordering food, and many other things. However, I do wish it had the ability to snap on the map, meaning when you search for a park location, it allows it to "snap" directly to that location. Providing a quick jump to that location. It allows for this feature on the iPhone, but it doesn't seem to provide for that feature on an Android.

The app loads so much faster than the iOS version! Hope the iOS one gets optimized better specially when multitasking, the iOS version becomes unresponsive for a while.

Ty for removing location access as a requirement for booking restaurants on property. Adjusted rating back to 5 stars for responding to customer complaints. Won't let you make reservations at any restaurant unless you let them have your gps data to sell. Just means I won't be eating at Disney restaurants. So many good options just off site make this seems like a loose situation for all concerned (except the off site eateries I guess.)

Using the app, is cumbersome and not user-friendly. I shouldn't have to use this everywhere if I don't have s magic band. Unable to pull up tickets for my whole party because they have an account, and when they don't have their phone or it's dead this app is useless! If I was disney I'd use actual hard tickets like they used to. When technology fails you then going to Walt Disney World is pointless and a waste of time! Do better Disney.

App will not open. Receive notification that access is restricted because I'm not 13 years old. I am well over 13 years old. Resort staff contacted IT. Worked for about 10 minutes. Disney Springs guest services also contacted IT. Again, it worked for a while. I'm back to being restricted. I have not been able to use the app at all for a week. App does not open at all. I just receive notification that access is denied.

Can't log in. Says the app is age restricted, yet I'm well over the age and have used the app for many years

App crashes when trying to book dining reservations. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and rebooted but no luck. This is happening on my wife's phone as well. Phone Models Galaxy S25 & S26 with OS 16.
