The Disney PhotoPass Lenses features of this app may use information on your device to detect face & hand coordinates. The app may request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. This is a great app to use. It provides all the features necessary to guide around the park, whether it's finding a restroom or your car to making reservations, ordering food, and many other things. However, I do wish it had the ability to snap on the map, meaning when you search for a park location, it allows it to "snap" directly to that location. Providing a quick jump to that location. It allows for this feature on the iPhone, but it doesn't seem to provide for that feature on an Android.

Resort menus do not work at all. Takes to long to load. Does not maintain data and has to upload everything every time making it slow. Does not cache data to make viewing faster. Will not allow merging of guests. We created a managed guest account before one in our group was able to create their own. Once they were able to, app would not let us combine the two guests into a single. We were forced to spend more than a half hour on the phone to do something that should have taken 30 seconds online

The app won't register my hotel reservation, so it won't let me book my dining reservations. And now I have to call them directly to book anything.

I went through 11 CS including ones in IT and guest relations. I could not attach my credit card to my Disney Experience. I tried the wallet, adding cards, removing cards, uninstall and reinstalling the app. Then came the mess at the main gate. The app would not recognize my account. The CM were giving suggestions about using the Google Wallet then at least 7 CM explained to me the app was built for IOS and would work if I had an iPhone. If it doesn't work on Androids give me a card back.
