I love using this app. I am on it all day before I get to WDW and after I'm there. I couldn't do anything without it. If you are going to Disney you need to use the app for ride lines, for finding food, for getting around in the Parks, so you don't get lost. Also, so you don't lose your car in the parking lot, use car locator.

Abysmal Trying to send tickets purchased for my daughter and family. IMPOSSIBLE. They say it's easy. It is not. Chat hangs up on me every time I ask a question. Nobody answers the phone. Happiest place on earth my foot.

This app allowed me to login, but will not show my disney reservations. There is another Disney app on app store which looks exactly similar to this and showed me my reservations. I'm wondering if this app is stealing login information.

Way too much Disney advertising. Advertising for Lightning Passes. Advertising for resort hotels - and so on. Why not usable links on the home page?

Not very helpful. We spent the day at Animal Kingdom yesterday. The app is helpful for rides and dining but not at all helpful for shows. I can't ride most rides because of a disability, so I mostly go to the shows. When opening the app, it knows where you are, and you can see the wait times for the rides easily. It is also easy to locate dining and get directions. However, when you try to look at show times, it gives you every single show across Walt Disney World. It's very hard to find shows.
