Sometimes, it would play an ad before my selected video, series, and stop. I reload, and it would happen again, an ad would play perfectly and then nothing. My way around it was to touch the screen within the last 5 secs of the ad which would bring up the title and time bar of my selected video, then it would play seamlessly.

I will cancel my subscription because they only have English audio in the Hulu section (Disney originals s*cks) One day Netflix has a movie with several languages and subtitles, next day Hulu has the same movie and just one audio and one subtitle. You are a Joke.

Constantly buffering. I used to watch entire movies/series without buffering. Now it's 5+ times per movie, or more. I see many others with the same issue. Update: JUNE 2026. . Still buffering or completely stops! I have done everything. It's NOT the Wi-Fi, it's your app! 😑

BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING!! I'm currently having a conversation with a Disney agent because I pay for NO ads, but I'm still getting ads... his response? ... un fkn believable... "It is often Disney+ related and when it comes to plans that have ads is when it would include advertisements that are varying in content that are not Disney+ related. Are the adverts you are seeing related to Disney+ and Disney+ only?" wow... so we're paying for NO ads, but we are forced to watch Disney ads... die
