Very useful app for booking online appointments for patients. It provides transparency for appointment bookings and avoids quarrels at reception counter. It offers flexibility and convenience for doctors. The support staff is too quick for requests to change the OPD schedule on a particular day if need arises. There are occasional hassles for patients while booking appointments when the slots are just opened due to bandwidth problems. The Qup team has reduced this problem to some extent recently

Purpose is to earn money and fool people. Serving is not at all-purpose. Within no time all appointments got full. 100 entries in No time. How it is possible. All people should stop using such apps. Why need intermediate in between dr. and patients. I am never able to book any appointment using this app. Before booking open time I am waiting. As refresh page on time, Booking full. Very strange. Strong opinion stop using such nonsense... All 5-star reviews given by doctor staffs.

Purpose is very good, but clinics are not updating data about how many patients are still in queue. I reach hospital at 8pm, and I was showing 6 patient in queue and at 8.40pm also it showing 6 patient are in queue. Worst experience...
