Encountered issues with the doctor’s schedule. A follow-up was set for March 13 based on the doctor’s shed, but my booking was not accepted, so I canceled it on March 14. On March 15, the doctor replied and asked me to book again, explaining she was actually unavailable on March 13. I rebooked for March 15 at 9:00 PM. She said she called at 9:00 PM, but I only received the notification at 9:06 PM, and the call was already unavailable. We had been waiting for about an hour, so we cancelled.

No way to link hmo and have it processed when we do appointments or consultations automatically, still need to manually call my hmo and get LOA just to have it done. Will change to 5s when hmo cards get updated and can get link and processed automatically.

It's a good way to locate doctors near you. But whenever you request a LOA from your HMO provider through the app, the Now Serving providers don't honor the LOA sent by Now Serving through your email. So you took the time out of your day and paid money for transport, and they don't entertain you? Is Now Serving doing their job of informing its providers about the LOA process within the app??

I can't believe that some doctors even after you have paid for the online consultation do not even respond to your concern. I hope someone could help me report Dr. Lyka Ling at a General Practitioner. If she could just refund me the payment for my mom's consultation instead. She didn't call at all or gave her feedback or diagnosis not even a formal lab request was given. I felt that I was scammed. No proper response was given to messages.
