I am very much thankful to my papa for introducing me to Dr. Cutillar. No wonder he doesn't like to try another doctor; he always told me *kang Dr. Cutillar ra lagi ko magpa check-up*. Imagine, for 3 years, he has patiently taking Doc Cutillar's prescribed meds. Only this morning did we try our luck and truly get a chance. My father was right; she is a very good & down-to-earth doctor. She truly has the patience to explain things to us & has the heart for her patients. She is truly God-sent to us.

Have to fill out all the info first only to find that doctor after doctor cannot see you, then have to fill out all the payment info all over again, every time also, only 10 mins limits to fill out is not long enough as older people aren't that tech-savvy. it's a very poorly thought out system. If the payment details could be filled out only once everything would be quicker.

No way to link hmo and have it processed when we do appointments or consultations automatically, still need to manually call my hmo and get LOA just to have it done. Will change to 5s when hmo cards get updated and can get link and processed automatically.

Kung pwd lang zero star!!! Appointment got cancelled, and it's been weeks wala parin refund ung payment ko!!! At wala ding customer service na pwd tawagan,WHAT A BIG SCAM!!!

I can't believe that some doctors even after you have paid for the online consultation do not even respond to your concern. I hope someone could help me report Dr. Lyka Ling at a General Practitioner. If she could just refund me the payment for my mom's consultation instead. She didn't call at all or gave her feedback or diagnosis not even a formal lab request was given. I felt that I was scammed. No proper response was given to messages.
