Amazing services! Got my mom a 9 days medical covid care visit, and the doctor and nurse who came were professional, in PPE and provides all that a doctor in clinic would do, and better! Speedoc has given us so much comfort knowing that our loved ones are being monitored and taken care of. I wish more people know about Speedoc.

Manage to call doctors at home during emergency and consultation and medication given are perfect. However, I can no longer check my booking history. Page went blank when you click Records - - > Activities - - > Home Visit

1. App showed $150 as consultation fee. But I was charged $200 for doctor and $100 for nurse. And these are excluding medication. 2. Waited more than an hour before someone called to confirm booking made through App. App showed staff will call within 5 minutes.

Had a good experience before. Today I introduced for my sick wife. In the app showed a 10 mins wait. After waiting for an hour, called the helpline. Was told that the doc would see her at 12pm. Then delayed again to 2pm. In the end we cancelled at 2.30pm. On the way to the doctor now. Would be helpful to give an actual estimated wait time, push notification for delay. Instead of wasting time for sick patients.

First 2 times was really great - fuss free. Service staff even gave me a care call, and I gave them great feedback. However, disappointing 3rd time. Appointment was randomly cancelled and delayed multiple times without prior knowledge. When I called, the staff just told me there were no other slots - but I had booked it at 7am in the morning (it doesn't make sense mine got pushed from 10am to 1230pm, then to 430pm). Asked to cancel and staff told me the wrong method to do so. Unprofessional.
