I have no idea how to give feedback of the CnH app service but this is really painful and process is very slow. I am trying to schedule one lab test from last 3 days, made more than 7–8 calls to helpdesk but every time they do same two steps.stating they will come back, but it's 3 days already and didn't receive any response from CnH.

I have been receiving a ₹10,000 annual health benefit through my company for the last 8 years, but I have never been able to use it successfully. Every time I try to redeem the benefit, a new term or condition is cited, making the process frustrating and impractical. The biggest issue is the eyewear benefit. The app allows reimbursement only for the lenses, not the frame. In reality, people buy complete spectacles, not just lenses. I don't know any optical store that sells lenses.

Worst service no timely response received.help chat service is veey slow sometime taking whole day to respond, no customer care representative available on call......application has only vaccination option available for reimbursement.....inshore worst service

They cannot provide cbc report after 5 days of sample collections, most poor service in Bengaluru
