Misleading Medicine Pricing and Poor Customer Service Connect and Heal (CNH) app lists misleading medicine pricing and unsatisfactory customer service under our corporate healthcare benefits program. On 10 October 2026, the CNH app displayed the price of Himalaya Liv.52 Syrup (200 ml) as ₹187, reflecting a 20% discount on its MRP of ₹234. My request to order the required medicine was also left pending, with complaint ticket 4370053 remaining open. Worst healthcare tech provider ever.

Very bad experience and highly disappointed with the reimbursement process. As this is a corporate-tied app, the reimbursement process should be quick and hassle-free. Every time, I have to call Connect & Heal support and repeatedly follow up for updates. As per the policy terms, they should respond within 3 days, but even after 8 days and multiple reminders, the reimbursement was not processed. Very poor service and turnaround time. Hope the team improves this.

Placing vision orders is soo much frustrating. Only lens are covered and even after making the payment for the frame in cnh app lens kart never gets the payment confirmation without escalation. Have 2 confirmed lens kart orders and for both I had to fight with cnh support to mark the order as paid for lens kart. If you call lens kart support they tell contact cnh and get the transaction ID while cnh support say they can't provide any ID and to wait for few more days. They have zero coordination.
