I have been receiving a ₹10,000 annual health benefit through my company for the last 8 years, but I have never been able to use it successfully. Every time I try to redeem the benefit, a new term or condition is cited, making the process frustrating and impractical. The biggest issue is the eyewear benefit. The app allows reimbursement only for the lenses, not the frame. In reality, people buy complete spectacles, not just lenses. I don't know any optical store that sells lenses.

I got pathetic experience at sahyadri hospital for my annual check up. I booked check up for me and for my wife and selected the Sahyadri as Lab Visit. Most of the checkups and doctors are unavailable. CNH helps desk is clueless and hopeless 1) For 2D echo we have to revisit as per there timing in the evening??? Then why the morning slots mentioned in the first place. 2) Eye specialist doctor is unavailable 3) Gynecologist was left - No general Physician no ownership from CNH they scammed people 😡
