The medalist Not a good support provider. I claimed my son's treatment along with all valid documt, and they are asking about a test report but the dr has only prescribed medicines and not done any test hence, they rejected my claim. Again I have submitted another claim was rejected and approve only dr. fees, but after a month has not credited in my account. Only showing claim approved. This is my big mistake to purchase additional policy for OPD treatment is very useless from medalist.

Pathetic service, reject claims and don't even state the reason for it. Medical bill from the same dispensary and prescription from the same doctor. 1500rs rupees claim rejected and 104rs rupees claim approved. Looting customers in broad daylight and the funny part is that they don't even require guns to do it.

CNH does not deserve to be a corporate medical healthcare partner. Most of the time you will not find good doctors listed. When you raise a request to add doctors or hospitals in their network most likely it won't happen and there is no system to track such requests. When you book some major tests they will take their own sweet time to find the center available, make you wait, and then they come back and say we are not able to find centers for your testing. Zero sense of urgency and diligence !!
