Dialogue access is provided by my partner's employer and it's very helpful. As a lifestyle/health app it's great for Reminders and information. As a portal for connecting with support providers (therapists, career counselling, physical health) it's been wonderful. Very professionally knowledgeable people have been connected to me, and you can work with the same person over time. Great app, and very caring people, great User interface, easy to navigate.

The app could be ok but the service is like a scam - most of the time they say that "the symptoms" require an "in person consultation" ... for most of the symptoms .... Why pay someone to tell you that??? And why waste your time with a nurse that repeats the same sentence over and over, obviously because she doesn't have a proper answer to your questions ... no benefit in enrolling!

Waste of time. They give out AI generated "care plans" and when you need a doctor they just say go find one. 🙄 if you need help don't waste your time go to a clinic asap or just waste 3 to 4 days video calling these people to get nowhere. They can't listen to your lungs can't poke and prod to see where the pain is can't really do much.

Terrible for mental health. They make things worse. "Solution-oriented" therapists DON'T LISTEN, side with the other person in the story, make assumptions, and spew nonsense advice. Many times, they triggered me far more than my crisis. When I asked to unlatch with an unsafe counselor, they continued to suggest followup appointments for weeks. When matching new, I asked about specialties, but they only share first names. You should be able to rate and search workers. Very scammy.
