Dialogue access is provided by my partner's employer and it's very helpful. As a lifestyle/health app it's great for Reminders and information. As a portal for connecting with support providers (therapists, career counselling, physical health) it's been wonderful. Very professionally knowledgeable people have been connected to me, and you can work with the same person over time. Great app, and very caring people, great User interface, easy to navigate.

A lifesaver in Canada when nobody in your family has a family doctor and appointments are so difficult to come by. They do everything they legally can to treat you virtually and have helped with all kinds of issues. Of course there are limitations to what they are allowed to treat virtually but that is not in their control. Always have lots of time slots available and the app is usually easy to use.

App regularly freezes. Impossible to speak to an actual qualified Dr, always a nurse practitioner who just doesn't have the required training to properly support the majority of problems. Referrals are almost impossible, with them claiming they must 'see you in person' and then link to walk in clinics. If I wanted a walk in, I'd go there and sit there for a few hours. Defeats the whole purpose of this app, and it's usage. Really cannot rate Dialogue service or the app.

Services are great. However, the app is entirely unusable when chatting to health practitioners as it completely lags after a certain character count is reached during a single render: could be continuous messaging, or it could mean scrolling up to previous messages. Only leaving the chat and re-entering will help and then sometimes the whole app lags and needs to be quit instead.

App doesn't work in multiple areas: Can't create an account (verification email doesn't work), can't respond to messages. I typed at support, and they sent me to the website where I was able to look into booking appointments that turned out to not fit my schedule. I reviewed other sections of the app like the mental health section and the fitness section. All in app selections took several seconds of loading and the interface wasn't intuitive. I deleted it, as that seemed the most stress-free.
