The monthly payment is definitely worth it. I live in a remote location where the wait list for a family doctor has been a year+, a nurse practitioner, still on the waiting list after 7 months. This app, lets me avoid 12+ hours of waiting for basic healthcare. The care provided, has been exceptional. I am glad that I am able to pay for this service because I am not happy with the way the healthcare system has failed Canadians.

I find Maple quite easy to use once you've done it a couple of times. The service is good I get my meds refilled blood work done follow up is easy and professional. It's better than waiting in the ER or walk in clinic.

Good care service the worst app Every time I log in to get a care when I need it, my account is unlinked from my insurance and I have to chat eith AI agent for 10 15 min then wait for a human agent to be available, chat with human agent for 30 20 mins then sometimes randomly it gets sorted, or sometimes they say oh we can't help u today u need to wait for 3 to 5 business days for escalation to happen on ur account meanwhile no change on my account no change on my coverage no change on my password

All physician just say 1 thing. Go and see the physical doctor. Then why am I paying the subscription for this dumb app. Just to get 1 suggestion?

The doctor gave me the wrong prescription. The pharmacist had to give me the correct one. Maple support did nothing. Double-check the advice you get: you can't trust their doctors. App is easy to use.

Maple is taking advantage of the fact people have no other options to get their basic med refill. $85 for a 2-minute text conversation is insane. I'll go without. $85 PER PERSON. Should be illegal. "For your whole family" yea. $85 per adult. "For people who want long term care" you know you are the only option for health care here.
