Consult+ is for plan members and their dependants covered by their Canada Life group benefits plan.

Great app! This was so easy to use. I had a minor health concern, and it was convenient to have a same day appointment in the comfort of my own home. The physician was helpful, and I was able to get my issue resolved. Definitely recommend!

There were two managers who told me they will find out about my blood work and get back to me, never got back to me. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my blood work results. Bad service

What is even the point of waiting in line for hours to get an appointment, only to be told BEFORE the appointment by a nurse that you need to go see a Doctor. All I needed were antibiotics but sure, thanks for proving this app is useless. Even the Doctor I went to see told me that this could have easily been solved by Consult+ if they had really wanted to or tried. Useless.

The app is good, but it keeps steering you to the emergency room. Like in a normal clinic, first you talk to a nurse. Then, maye you talk to a doctor. If they don't decide that you should go to a clinic. Rather, go to the clinic.
