Does its job but the BLUETOOTH TAKES ATLEAST 10 MINUTES TO CONNECT PER MACHINE Edit: now they fixed it, I can connect in less than seconds, only need Bluetooth, and transactions are also very safe(I mean it doesn't rob my money without starting the machine anymore)

It's sooo easy to use...load your money on the app and scan the qr code on the machine n poof you are washing/drying your clothes. No more going crazy looking for a laundry card!!

This app is the worst. It regularly fails, leaving you swearing and struggling through an already unpleasant chore, pressing "vend" again and again hoping that maybe this time, maybe THIS TIME it will connect to the machine and free you from the confines of the laundry room. When you want to add value to it, you have to painstakingly type in your entire credit card number one digit at a time, since it doesn't save your info, nor does it communicate w payment features of the phone.

Took my money! Said it vended my card, but then it said 0 minutes on the machine, and I had to restart. To my shock, it charged me again

This app would have felt outdated 20 years ago. The machines in use feature only works if someone uses the app to pay for laundry. If they use a card it doesn't show up as in use. If I want to use the app to operate a dryer I have to res can and repay for every 10 minute increment and this becomes quite tedious. Come on Hercules, just because your washing machines are a hundred years old doesn't mean the user should feel it would be easier to wash everything by hand.
