The Android variant of the app is not as sophisticated as the Apple variant. The Apple variant has a button prompt on the home screen that says pay now, the Android variant doesn't. Whenever I am on the screen that tells me to hold my phone to the scanner, the scan does not go through. I have money loaded on the app that will most likely never be used. Garbage app

Not happy with this AT ALL. First load of clothes never washed. Came back down to ERROR on machine, clothes dry and dirty still. Paid for it and used my supplies. Other machine had worked on other load so moved that unwashed load to the machine that worked and clothes that were done to dryer and now NFC ERROR every time I try to pay to start the washer AND dryer. Wet clothes getting nasty, dirty clothes not washing and WASTED DAY, MONEY & SUPPLIES NOT TO MENTION NEEDING YET ANOTHER APP.

So far I can't get on the app. It asked me to sign in with Google or create an account. I used the Google sign in and all it does is start on the sign-in page. Uninstalled/installed again. No difference.
