The machines are better than the old, and I do like using them with the app, despite a bad experience I had with one of the dryers here. I used the dryer twice, and it never dried my clothes. I asked for a refund and explained the details, but I never received anything.

It really sucks that the app doesn't use normal phone payment tech like Google Wallet and NFC payments. It frequently fails to send notifications that cycles are finished. It also frequently fails to scan the QR codes on the machines. The UI also kinda sucks. The only real positive about the app that I can say is that you can pay using your phone.

No Confirmation Code! What a piece of Junk! No Confirmation Code after reinstalling, re-registering many times. I tried calling their support and no one answered? This is the only way I can do laundry at my new apartment, and it is a colossal failure. Why it just scans.my debit card?! Instead we need to connect via app to their server which may or may not work all while the machines are right in front of me! What a stupid world they have created!
