Scheffres Laundry is an iPhone/Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use Scheffres Laundry to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

The machines are better than the old, and I do like using them with the app, despite a bad experience I had with one of the dryers here. I used the dryer twice, and it never dried my clothes. I asked for a refund and explained the details, but I never received anything.

Horrible company. Unscrupulous too. They run our laundry room at River Place and their "washers" have a mold stench and just toss clothes around without cleaning them. They also just raised their wash prices to 1.75 and same with dryers for horrible service! That's $3.50/ load and WE pay for the water! In addition, I just tried to ADD $12 to my existing laundry card, and in the middle of the transaction, a NEW card came out of the machine with a $5 balance, and I was also charged $5 for the card

This company sucks you'll lose money on these janky machines then when you try to contact them for a refund they ignore you or ask you for a screenshot of the complaint you filled which should be on their system go to the normal laundry least you can get your money when you're clothes don't dry after 56 min on high small loads I mind you
