This app will scam you out of money. I loaded $12 and only ended up using $5, you would think there would be a withdrawal button to get the remaining money back but no. Waiting for them to contact me back because I want my 5 bucks, it's not their money. They also don't have an option to remove your card from the app which makes me feel like they are trying to gate keep my credit card info. From what I read online you also have to go through customer service for them to remove a card.

They don't like to refund people their money when the machines don't work correctly... All I want is my correct refund. They declined my refund 3 different times for money I lost due to old washing machine and dryers... those machines are over 10 years old.

Standing in the laundry room but "Location not found." Doesn't recognize QR codes on machines, put the machine number in, and it still doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and it still doesn't work. Terrible app
