I had posted an earlier review was (eventually) incorrect. Too many ads! But the laundry machine providers are willing to make refunds where appropriate, and keep the software working.

Garbage, no response for refund either. I don't typically care about the ads, but they are intrusive! If you are actively trying to press a selection, you'll end up pressing an ad. Again no refunds either. Emailed them through the app months ago, about a refund, no response and still pending to this day. I couldn't even request another refund because it's still pending. They are basically stealing money because I'm sure I'm not the only one. Now I go the extra mile to do my laundry elsewhere

Got the joy of using this for my apartments "new" laundry set up. Wouldn't let me create an account or add money unless I was 2 feet from the machine (doesn't even tell you that's the issue, just a generic error.) and after getting everything ready the app failed to start the machine, then ate my money. I understand glitches happen. But after attempting to use two different machines, with one failing to do anything and the other eating my money. Yeah, no. This is trash.

Wish I could give zero stars. Can no longer sign in by email, and it keeps saying the QR code for the laundry room is invalid. Manually entering the room code gives a location not found. I'm thankful that I didn't have a balance in my account as I only ever put exactly what I needed. Now I'm stuck having to pay x1 more per load at the gross coin laundry.

Worked fine for a couple of months but for the last 2 months it can't find the room or the device. Very frustrating because I have money on that account I can't use!
