I Use It Often I find this helpful, for streetlight out and abandoned shopping carts etc. I like the address locator and ease of including a photo.

I love it Thank you so much for this app, it is very helpful and detailed, the only problem is that once I move my location manually it doesn't refresh (goes back to the location I'm at). Other than that great job...

GPS? Why? I'd like to use this app, but I don't wish to have GPS turned on, but "no GPS, no COP Services app". Why is GPS necessary for this app? Please consider revising app.
