I'm happy to report that as a prior unhappy user of this app, that it appears that the map issue is now fixed. As someone that cares about our city in glad that I help in some small way by reporting things that could use some attention. This app working as it should will make it so much easier to do so. Very happy that the improvements were made, and I'm looking forward to a positive experience going forward. Good job!

Update: App fixed with new update it took 6 months to fix, but they did it, thanks. Map location not working. This app used to work fine now you cannot even enter a location on the map or pin-drop I'm not sure what happened, but it is no longer working. This issue has been going on for over a month now and no fix. The location does not work on the map when I try to report abandoned vehicle. When I go to report graffiti it works but if I try to do the abandoned vehicle it does not work

App used to work great, but I can't report anything because the map won't allow me to enter a location. After restarting the phone I get an oops something went wrong. Great idea. Too many bugs

Hasn't worked most of the year. Used to show message saying oops something went wrong w/ 2 buttons to either cancel or retry. You retry & nothing changes. Now it's just blue screen w/ blinking dot. This was terrific for reporting things that need fixing & I was just about to try to make a report, again. Now I can't because this doesn't work....STILL!! When is this going to be fixed??? It's a vital tool for residents to be involved in keeping this city livable & now the place is going downhill.
