Took my money, won't start the machine, won't unlock, can't stop, didn't refund (Ed. ok they did reach me and refund, so that is very commendable), refused to elaborate, reminded me my balance was low. Some user experience.

Has always worked without issues. Whenever I had a problem and needed a refund (i.e. machines not working/someone stole my spot before I could reach the machines after I booked it) they issued it without questions asked, and surely beats the old system with 50 cent coins. Overall very satisfied.

Wow, I used this app in September while traveling in Sweden to wash at the hotel where I stayed. There was a minimum cash load to use the app, and I only had to wash clothes once. They noted you could get a refund for unused funds. Excellent experience! But the kicker: I forgot to request a refund. This week they settled the account. This is a liberators practice. They are the anti-scammers. They are proactively being fair! It's but that hard to give up on extractive capitalism people. 😍🙏🏽

The new update fixed most of the issues. But I would still prefer if the washing machine could only be opened by the person currently washing only, not everyone. At least for 15 minutes after washing. Also, I can't figure out how to reserve a machine, even though there is a list of reservations.

Review is about the service rather than the app - if you are an accommodation provider considering using Miele, don't! Constant machine connection issues and machine faults which don't get fixed. Machines were installed 6 weeks ago and detergent is still not connected. Nothing works. 80% of the time I do laundry I need to swap machines as the first one I try doesn't work or connect. I have twice in six weeks had to rewash laundry as the machine was faulty but still "ran"

Without a doubt the most needlessly complicated way to wash my clothes you could conceive. Not only do I have to use an app to use the washing machine, I also have to transfer money to the app to be able to pay
