The new update fixed most of the issues. But I would still prefer if the washing machine could only be opened by the person currently washing only, not everyone. At least for 15 minutes after washing. Also, I can't figure out how to reserve a machine, even though there is a list of reservations.

Has always worked without issues. Whenever I had a problem and needed a refund (i.e. machines not working/someone stole my spot before I could reach the machines after I booked it) they issued it without questions asked, and surely beats the old system with 50 cent coins. Overall very satisfied.

"I have no clean t-shirts because the washing machine won't connect Miele servers" is a sentence I never thought I'd say, but here I am. I've been trying to get a load of washing done since 09:00. It's now 19:15, and I'm still fighting the dryer. The ridiculous price for a simple wash and dry could maybe be argued for, if only the whole system worked properly. Yet again, 'smart' devices prove themselves to be anything but.

Machines don't run properly, so you have to go to the laundry room a million times to make sure you clothe get cleaned or dryed. Disgusting

I have used rewash at ilive frankfurt for months no issue. But here at ilive Darmstadt app wash is just useless. I got an email to pick up laundry but went there machine still running....after 10 of try dryer still couldn't be booked, and now I can't even dry my clothes. Minimum 20 euros to deposit in app is v bad feature as well plus not getting refund also. I really hope the management here replaces app wash with rewash as really unhappy with app wash
