Took my money, won't start the machine, won't unlock, can't stop, didn't refund (Ed. ok they did reach me and refund, so that is very commendable), refused to elaborate, reminded me my balance was low. Some user experience.

The new update fixed most of the issues. But I would still prefer if the washing machine could only be opened by the person currently washing only, not everyone. At least for 15 minutes after washing. Also, I can't figure out how to reserve a machine, even though there is a list of reservations.

Has always worked without issues. Whenever I had a problem and needed a refund (i.e. machines not working/someone stole my spot before I could reach the machines after I booked it) they issued it without questions asked, and surely beats the old system with 50 cent coins. Overall very satisfied.

Wow, I used this app in September while traveling in Sweden to wash at the hotel where I stayed. There was a minimum cash load to use the app, and I only had to wash clothes once. They noted you could get a refund for unused funds. Excellent experience! But the kicker: I forgot to request a refund. This week they settled the account. This is a liberators practice. They are the anti-scammers. They are proactively being fair! It's but that hard to give up on extractive capitalism people. 😍🙏🏽

Without a doubt the most needlessly complicated way to wash my clothes you could conceive. Not only do I have to use an app to use the washing machine, I also have to transfer money to the app to be able to pay

Machines don't run properly, so you have to go to the laundry room a million times to make sure you clothe get cleaned or dryed. Disgusting

Miele are absolute crooks. They charge 10 quid a wash and dry, with machines that don't properly wash clothes, you're picking other people's hair off your clothes, they still smell and the dryers barely dry either. You overcharge for a poor service because you know that students don't have any other options. I'd strongly recommend anyone unfortunate enough to be stuck in a place that has App Wash to learn how to clean clothes by hand, it would save you pain and a few hundred quid. Shame on you.
