Comments on appWash by Miele for Android

★★★★☆ Adnan Al Ali · Feb 20, 2025

The new update fixed most of the issues. But I would still prefer if the washing machine could only be opened by the person currently washing only, not everyone. At least for 15 minutes after washing. Also, I can't figure out how to reserve a machine, even though there is a list of reservations.

★★★★★ Geri Peak · Feb 14, 2025

Wow, I used this app in September while traveling in Sweden to wash at the hotel where I stayed. There was a minimum cash load to use the app, and I only had to wash clothes once. They noted you could get a refund for unused funds. Excellent experience! But the kicker: I forgot to request a refund. This week they settled the account. This is a liberators practice. They are the anti-scammers. They are proactively being fair! It's but that hard to give up on extractive capitalism people. 😍🙏🏽

Took my money, won't start the machine, won't unlock, can't stop, didn't refund (Ed. ok they did reach me and refund, so that is very commendable), refused to elaborate, reminded me my balance was low. Some user experience.

I don't recommend to use theor services. Many machines don't work, and they don't refund. You keep loosing money.

★☆☆☆☆ Vitali Lobanov · Jul 27, 2026

Miele is ruining its brand with this scammy app. A minimum of 10 eur balance if you need a 3 eur wash is trashy tactics and should be illegal. Needless to say the UI is trash too.

★☆☆☆☆ vachan s j · Dec 15, 2025

Machines don't run properly, so you have to go to the laundry room a million times to make sure you clothe get cleaned or dryed. Disgusting

★☆☆☆☆ gudjon mar · Sep 22, 2025

Without a doubt the most needlessly complicated way to wash my clothes you could conceive. Not only do I have to use an app to use the washing machine, I also have to transfer money to the app to be able to pay
