Genuinely surprised by the amount of hate the new app is getting, it was profoundly easy to just pick a washing machine, put my stuff inside of it, pick a program and pay 🤷🤷 no lag in the app or errors whatsoever even right after making a new account

Opt for alternative laundry service providers to avoid dealing with this one whenever possible: the previous version of their app sent me notifications to feed more money into their account when the balance was still sufficient for laundry cycles. Now they didn't send any notice about the cut-off for their app service. I learned that I needed to migrate to dysfunctional US-based account when my wet laundry was already sitting inside a washing machine. I can't transfer my balance to this new app

The app is insanely terrible. Old app worked. New app doesn't connect to the machines. If you're going to introduce a new app for no reason, please check before that it doesn't break functionality.

DO NOT USE! Deducted payment but never connected to the machine and support refuses to refund my money. The same happened to some other residents in my building. Edit: app Wash is lying. The machines have been down this entire time, and they still have not refunded me. I believe the 1-star rating speaks for itself. Typical chatgpt gaslighting, just like their support replies.

Why did you make a new app instead of updating the old one? Imagine how stupid it would be if you had to re-download YouTube every time it updated (and also create a new account for whatever reason).
