Have use Poplin for over a year. Excellent service. Clothes are done well and neatly folded. Renaurd has done an excellent job. (3-8-1925) 1-5-26 I'm still extremely pleased with Renaurds laundry services. Very well done. Poplin is a company I highly recommend, especially for seniors. Now I've been with Poplin for about 2 yrs. I now have Cody doing my laundry. Has done an excellent job. 👌

No facilities in your building? No car? Not able to schlep your laundry to a laundromat? Local laundromat kinda creepy? All of the above? Then use this service! My clothes come back so clean & smelling great & folded so nicely. And the prices are less than a laundromat when you realize you have time to do other things, don't have to carry stuff back & forth, or stick quarter after quarter in a shifty dryer... I love this service! UPDATE March 2026 - the app has stopped working. Even reinstalled

Well the sign in issue was fixed kinda (still doesn't work on website) a new issue has come up. I have the service twice, and it was okay until this new order. They are charging me $10 in "surge pricing" which claims is needed to "incentive" a laundry pro to pick up my clothes and there is no option to cancel it. That is stupid. Why should they have to incentive a person to do their job? Im probably going to delete my account after this

Terrible. They have lost our laundry. I cannot get a phone number to talk to someone about replacing our items. They have even admitted they cannot get a hold of our "Laundry Pro" They have not returned my money for charging us or replaced the over 500 in laundry that is now lost! 0 out if 5 stars.

My experience with this company was terrible. The person who accepted my order didn't communicate with me. I messaged her asking her ETA several times, but she never messaged back. Then before I know it I'm getting a message from her saying that she had come by & tried picking up my laundry, but I wasn't home, so she just left & if I still wanted her to do it then I needed to let her know, but I was already charged a $10 inconvenience fee 4 her coming by 2 get my laundry, but I wasn't home. Never again
