No facilities in your building? No car? Not able to schlep your laundry to a laundromat? Local laundromat kinda creepy? All of the above? Then use this service! My clothes come back so clean & smelling great & folded so nicely. And the prices are less than a laundromat when you realize you have time to do other things, don't have to carry stuff back & forth, or stick quarter after quarter in a shifty dryer... I love this service! UPDATE March 2026 - the app has stopped working. Even reinstalled

My experience with this company was terrible. The person who accepted my order didn't communicate with me. I messaged her asking her ETA several times, but she never messaged back. Then before I know it I'm getting a message from her saying that she had come by & tried picking up my laundry, but I wasn't home, so she just left & if I still wanted her to do it then I needed to let her know, but I was already charged a $10 inconvenience fee 4 her coming by 2 get my laundry, but I wasn't home. Never again

I have created 3 accounts BECAUSE I never get a Login screen. I get the email, I verify. Nothing. Support from the popup will not answer. Is This Company Still In Business? How do I get assistance? Use Happy Nest - they are a real company!

Used this service and our entire loads of laundry came back smelling of weed. My wife's and I entire business clothes are ruined including my high-end daily clothes. Do not use this service it's a joke
