It's okay. Not great but it's a great way to make some extra money and help your community! I have trouble uploading pickup and drop off photos into the app most the time, but I can work with that by reaching out to tech chat and uploading to them. I have some regulars that have stated my service has been a blessing for them, and I enjoy being able to complete this work at home. Every update seems to change the rules without notice. Poplin controls everything—your points, tips, and even your ability to earn. If you receive a bad review, you are done. They will remove your points and withhold your tips. Your money to be held for up to two weeks. Also, be aware they take 50–60% of same-day orders. Transparency and consistency are lacking.

No customers or jobs available. So you sign up and bam, you get no customers for a longtime. The requirements to do the job is just not worth it. Definitely start your own laundry service instead of waiting for this app to give you business.

I've been working on this app for a few months. You can make decent money. Some clients are honest, and then you have some that are not, and it does go against you in the points system. Customer support is not very supportive of their LP's especially when a client makes a false review. CS will say they will investigate, but they never get back to you, and you will lose rank which means you will lose the access to the amount of orders you can take at once. I don't see myself staying on this app

I have a few regular customers, I keep getting notified that they made me their laundry pro, and they have requested me, but I can't accept their order. I'm losing out on money, those relationships may never be the same. The issues started in March or April. I've kept updating this app, one time it needed to update right after I put the weight in for 6 bags, smh. What is the point in using the app if it doesn't work? It's almost impossible to get in touch with support if you have an issue.
