The rating system is unfair to drivers. Customers can give a driver a one-star rating even when the customer is at fault, and this can cause the driver’s rating to drop by 10–15%. There should be a way to review unfair or unjustified ratings.

I am using this app about one year as a driver. There are some drawbacks whiles using as a driver. There is no verification for the passenger, therefore I face a number of fake rides and scammers during my day. It is only good for passengers and worst for drivers. No extra charges for waiting time, no extra charges for cancelling the ride, no extra charges for passengers that covers extra miles and alternate ways. There should be charges for cancelling rides, extra miles and waiting time.

Very disappointed because of support. When we complained something they send just computerized message. They don't have any team to help driver to solve the problems. When we ask questions they replied irrelevant Answer. They deduct their service charges with full of responsibility they are just earned from this app from anyway they don't care a lot of problems issues form them to be solved. Recently they increase service charges, but they don't know passenger cancel the ride or driver. Very bad😞

Indriver is a fraud company don't drive on premium car because premium car fares is just same like economy car fares no much difference premium car fare must be 150 rupees per kilometers but in driver just give u 80 rupees per which is totally drivers loss in driver company doing scam and fraud with driver's just because of there commission shameless company
