When working away from home or when you washer or dryer go out this place is the best! With ease of paying through your phone or a wave max card you purchase there. Extremely clean place and washers and dryers are spotless. Also, there is a filtered UV disinfecting system at each wash station that kills all viruses and bacteria. So next time your washer or dryer go out at home, or you are working or traveling away from home and need to refresh your clothing etc. this is definitely the place!.

The data collection policy of this app is horrendous. Always opt to use the payment card at your local laundromat.

I travel for work, and used this app in one location, not knowing that my account would be locked to that location. I am now in another part of the US, and laundry cat took my funds and told me I am not allowed to use these funds at the new location. Google told me that to change locations, I have to delete my laundry cat account (thus deleting my funds). I've found no other way to contact customer support, so I'm doing it here, hopefully they will answer to rectify this.

Jesus Christ. Now the machines won't read my phone. It's not my phone since I use tap pay all the time. I called multiple times and no one cares. Wow. Unbelievable. Impossible to use. Worked ok. Then it locked me out, and I can log back in. Stuck with wet laundry. What nonsense is this????? There is no support link, it's just stuck on the login.

Great for checking washer/dryer availability and the time left on machines. However, there is no option to add a payment method. The app store screenshots are misleading; they show an 'Add Funds' button and a support text box, but neither exist in the actual app. It’s helpful for monitoring the laundry room, but incredibly frustrating since you can't actually pay or contact support.
