Easy to use no scrounging to change bills for coins or saving quarters to do laundry. Also eliminates all the individual credit card charges on statement for each wash and dry just replenish Wash co app when needed.

Claimed first wash and dry are free in promotional flier, but then there was no way to get a free wash in the app. Must add a minimum of $10 to app just to use it. App is difficult to use and not well-designed.

The app kept saying that my password was incorrect, even though I used the same one to open my account in a browser. I tried resetting my password, but that did not work. Checked the email, it was also the same, so I don't know how to open the app. I can't do my laundry.

Simple and easy to use, but requires a minimum of 10 dollars to be loaded to your account. I only had 1 load of laundry during my vacation week, spent 3.50 on it, and now I can't have my 6.50 balance back because it's non-refundable. Should I play in the mud just to have enough dirty clothes and spend the 10 dollars? Why am I obligated to spend my money on something I don't need? Why can't have my money back?
