360 CITY is a mobile mean of payment with access to discounts available in an app that can be integrated with wristbands and cards (QR code or NFC).
Can be used by all consumers allowing them to have an easy and effective access to discounts in restaurants, museums, taxis, cinemas, discos, delivery services, etc.
Upon receiving a 360 CITY wristband you will have to download the app.
Using the 360 CITY app is very simple, just open the app, create an account by associating a credit or debit card. You can also pair one or more wristbands so you can charge your balance and start making your purchases without the use of money.
Key benefits of using the 360 CITY app:
- Universal mean of payment - allows you to make payments in more than 20,000 merchants with PIE software (WinRest or PingWin) and the others by WPAY.
- Easy to use - it’s a very fast and simple mean of payment given that consists in reading the QR-Code with the app or lean the wristband closer to the NFC reader, making the transaction process instantaneous, reducing the waiting time and eliminates queues.
- Secure payment - Associated with a credit or debit card with a PIN option for payments. Balance management - Allows to consult and transfer balance.

During the event we had several issues while trying to pay, but we ended up being able to. However, now that we try to ask for refund, the website does not read the QR code, on the app there is no button to ask for refund, there is really no support to ask for refund and the money is just sitting there on the bracelet we paid €1,5 for... There isn't even a "contact us" area on the app or website. Seems like something to just take our money from us.

Clearly a money and personal data grab. Tries to get way too many permissions for what It's supposed to do. I was charged a 2euro fee on first use, which is mandatory, or you will not drink at the event, however not all vendors accept this as a payment method. There is a possibility of a refund at the end but that comes with another 1.5 charge. When you want to top up via credit card, you still need to go to the stall to make the balance available on your token, hence there is no advantage.
